Ordering:

  • We recommend placing orders as early as possible, particularly for weddings, celebration cakes and larger events, as availability can fill up quickly. For bespoke orders, additional notice allows us to create something truly special for your occasion.

    For our Monthly Patisserie Box ordering opens at the beginning of each month. Order deadline is one week before the end of the month.

  • You can place an enquiry via our contact form, email or social media channels. Please include your preferred date, occasion, number of servings, flavour preferences and any inspiration images you may have.

  • Yes. Every bespoke order is designed individually to suit your event, style and preferences. We love working with clients to bring their ideas to life. Please note, Some of our patisserie are seasonal and may not be available.

  • A deposit will be required to secure your booking, particularly for weddings, celebration cakes and larger bespoke orders. Full details will be provided during the booking process.

  • Yes. We can provide luxury patisserie for corporate events, client gifting and business celebrations.

Flavours & Dietary Requirements

  • Our menu changes seasonally, and we offer a range of classic and contemporary flavour combinations. If you have something specific in mind, we'd be delighted to discuss bespoke options.

  • Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your enquiry. While we take every precaution, all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

  • Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians. Please ask when placing your order.

Delivery & Collection

  • We currently offer local delivery within NR17 and NR18 for £3.50 per order.

    If you're located elsewhere in Norfolk or Suffolk, please contact us for a personalised delivery quote.

  • Yes. Collection is available by pre-arrangement at a mutually convenient date and time.

  • Once an order has been delivered or collected, responsibility transfers to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to transport, store and handle products with care, following any instructions provided.

Storage & Freshness

  • Storage instructions vary depending on the product and will be provided with your order. Some items may require refrigeration.

  • Our products are best enjoyed on the day of collection or delivery, although some items can be stored for a short period if kept according to the provided instructions.

  • We are based in Attleborough, Norfolk, and proudly serve customers throughout Norfolk and Suffolk.
