We currently offer local delivery within the following postcodes:

NR17 & NR18 – £3.50 per order

Deliveries are available on selected dates and times and will be confirmed when your order is placed.

Outside NR17 & NR18?

If you're located elsewhere in Norfolk or Suffolk, we'd still love to help.

Please get in touch with us for a personalised delivery quote, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request wherever possible.

Collection

Collection is available as an alternative and can be pre-arranged at a mutually convenient date and time. Collection details will be provided once your order has been confirmed.

Important Information

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed delivery time.

  • If your order is for a special occasion, we recommend arranging delivery or collection slightly earlier to allow for any unforeseen delays.

  • Larger celebration cakes and bespoke orders may require additional delivery arrangements, which will be discussed during the booking process.

  • Some products may require refrigeration. Storage instructions will be provided where applicable.

Responsibility for Your Order

We take every care to ensure your order is delivered or handed over in perfect condition.

Once an order has been delivered or collected, responsibility transfers to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to transport, store and handle all products with care, following any storage or serving instructions provided. We cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs after the order has been delivered or collected.
