Welcome to The Bramble Patisserie! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
The Bramble Patisserie specializes in wedding cakes, celebration cakes, and patisserie products, available at markets and by direct order. We are a small, independent business committed to delivering high-quality baked goods tailored to your needs.
2. Placing an Order
Custom Designs
We love bringing your cake ideas to life. However, as a creative business, we cannot copy designs from other bakers. You may share inspiration images, but your cake will be unique to you.Allergen Information
You must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order. We handle common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs). Although we take utmost care, we cannot guarantee our products are entirely allergen-free.
3. Payments
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at least 7 days before your order’s due date.
For orders over £90, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date.
For wedding cakes, payments can be made in three instalments. Full payment must be completed at least 14 days before the wedding.
Tasting sessions are charged separately; this fee will be deducted from the final wedding cake price upon booking.
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers and any other methods specified during the ordering process.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order.Refunds
We are unable to offer refunds once products have been collected or delivered, except in cases of fault on our part. If you are dissatisfied with your order, contact us promptly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
5. Collection and Delivery
Orders can be collected from our designated location or delivered by arrangement (delivery fee applies).
Once collected or delivered, responsibility transfers to you. Please ensure cakes are transported and stored properly to maintain quality.
6. Market Sales
Products sold at markets are prepared with care. Customers are responsible for checking product details, including allergens, at the time of purchase.
7. Liability
The Bramble Patisserie is not liable for damage to cakes or products after collection or delivery, including improper handling/storage by the customer.
8. Changes to Orders
To request changes (e.g., flavour, design, collection date), please contact us at least 7 days before your order is due. We will try to accommodate, but after this timeframe, changes may not be possible.
